Covers in the event of death either
immediate, or arisen at the latest 3
years after the accident, which is the
cause of it, an equal capital of
75.000 €
PERMANENT DISABILITY
In case of permanent incapacity,
after consolidation, a capital fixed
according to the degree of
incapacity held for the legal
compensation. In case of total
incapacity this amount is equal to
150.000 €
TEMPORARY DISABILITY
In case of temporary disablement,
at the most during 2 years as from
the day of the accident, an
indemnity of
15.000 € per year

Besides what is resumed here
above, the company intervenes for
the medical expenses up to
